Management allows a project manager to manage their own budget and be completely responsible for their own projects and success. The Personal-Time-Off (PTO) plan is great, you can sell back your PTO (my bonus/yr.) or you can carry over without losing hours.

The cost of health benefits from a 70,000+ employee company should have much better. Raises are steady but there should be better incentives with the stock purchase 5% discount should be raised to 20% if allowed. Bonuses are hard to come by. Access to employee development needs improvement.
