Not a good culture in IT - werkgeversreview IT Professional bij Jacobs

There's lots of cronyism and favoritism in IT. There's also a huge push to move jobs to low cost centers, so many of the most experienced IT people have been laid off. No training opportunities during my 3 years at Jacobs either. This was the most toxic environment I've ever worked in, so would advise all experienced IT professionals to avoid.
