Health care benefit is bad, choosing best healthcare will cost to Jacobs employee almost equivalent to Walmart employee's minimum paycheck. No job security even how good you are in the job or considered company job performer. Management will not invest to pay you couple weeks while waiting for maybe future projects. It is a public company so if you do not have projects line-up you will get laid-off even the next day.
