They preach about "doing the right thing" and constantly talk about how they value their employees. It's just talk. I worked for over 10 years on a variety of projects. The last project that I was involved with ended and they didn't have another project lined up for the team to jump into. Their solution was to lay off the entire team and pay out almost no severance (3 weeks severance for over 10 years of employment). This company will chew you up and spit you out when they are done with you. STAY AWAY!
