High end video production makes working there interesting, challenging, and rewarding. Highly creative environment some of the time and the other employees are great to work with. Pay is fine for the market size.

The main boss is extremely difficult, creating a revolving door of people he likes for a minute and then doesn't. There is always an opening because he considers himself creative, but isn't, and micro manages creative work. Works good people to their breaking point, constantly asks for more, and never considers how that creative work gets done. Extreme mood swings and temper flare ups.
