Pluspunten
There are few pros to working here. The medical/dental/vision insurance is good, and they match contributions to your 401K up to I believe either 2% or 10%. There are multiple opportunities for a raise. My base pay was around $15.30, and I was discharged at $16.83.
Minpunten
There's so much nepotism. Everyone who works here was hired because they knew someone, they were the children of someone, they were dating someone, or were married to someone who worked here. There's so much gossip and talking behind other people's backs. Upper management, from my experience, rarely takes advice or feedback from the departments they oversee.
