Awesome people, culture. You can find a work like balance. Having PTO right off the bat and then benefits are getting better.

Minpunten

Not sure if there is still room for growth and how long it takes to get to a different department. Also no structure of raises, which is something they need.

Awesome companies are made by awesome people! Happy to have you as part of the team. Being 7 months old, we haven't flushed everything out yet. We are working on putting in place some guidelines on what it takes to move to the next level. The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

Minpunten

the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
