JetHead is very flexible with time schedules, no dress code, weekly free lunches, and more. * As a medium sized company you can better shape how you want to work and what you want to work on. Don't like your project? Ask to move to something more interesting. Want to try updating existing systems to a better or newer technology? * Some projects are not that interesting. For instance, I don't find bug fixing and vendor support very interesting. * Time tracking is on par with other tech companies, but I don't like it so it's a con for me.
