      * Still founder-operated (and profitable) * Innovative - always feels like Day 1 * Quality of colleagues, especially in tech & data roles is amazing, and very diverse (all ethnic background and nationalities) * Cutting edge stack

      Minpunten

      * Org and practices need to change quite frequently - sometimes hard to keep up * Lots of technical debt to still work through

      Jimdo is a place filled with talented, dedicated people who are myopically focused on achieving their mission of helping their customers be successful. If you're a person looking to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility, be challenged by complex projects and develop your career, this is THE place for you to be. Additionally, Jimdo is incredibly flexible and treats their employees like humans, values diversity, asks for employee's opinions, is super transparent and invests in their employee's development.

      Minpunten

      Jimdo is in a period of transition and change (almost all for the better). However, you have to know that, and want that. As examples, policies evolve, new people are hired, new products are always launched, tests occur constantly, etc. If you are looking for a place that will allow you to skate by without hard work, this is NOT the place for you.
