      Great place to work. Teams communicate well, ideas are welcomed. Leadership is approachable and there's room to take ownership of your work and grow professionally in certain teams. JoVE is constantly innovating to meet the needs of modern education, and being part of that evolution is exciting.

      As with any growing organization, some internal processes are still being streamlined. But improvements are consistently being made.

      Every minute spent here felt like a harsh lesson. One of the clearest lessons was realizing how much work life balance had been taken for granted.

      Minpunten

      . The workloads are brutally excessive and completely draining. . Employees are constantly expected to complete far too much work in far too little time. . Work life balance is treated like a joke and is not respected at any level. . Personal boundaries are routinely ignored with constant pressure to take on more and more work. . The demands feel never ending with no real relief or pause.
