Flexibility, remote work, decent benefits

Minpunten

The company car your assigned to so you can do your job is paid for out of your own pocket. On boarding new customers takes months and commissions can be tied up over a year. Computer systems are a nightmare. Ethics in this company are a joke.

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
