Salary below average, I dont regret anything, but in the future Im not planning to return to this company due to job insecurity (they have nothing to offer in Bratislava or Germany, only a cheap labour in India or Mexico).

The benefits are good for the most part.

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
