Working before Tyco/Jhonson Control was great. New projects,good working environment,layoff were last resort,not regular policy. Investing in employees.
Minpunten
Strict working hours ,no matter performance. Employees with high salary wiped out. Try to push employess to resign by themself in order to avoid firing compensation. Preffer to close project then add resources(money q manpower etc).
