JCI is an amazing training ground for conflict management. If you enjoy working through problems and bringing people and teams together, then JCI needs you! There are great, hard working people at JCI with lots of integrity who are willing to ‘go the extra mile’ and do what it takes to achieve great outcomes. JCI is a fast paced environment with more then enough work to go around, boredom is never an issue.

It has become very well understood in that the focus of the organization is financial. This has caused leaders to set unrealistic expectations and many employees to put in long hours to achieve work which is further causing burn out and low morale.
