Great company to work for. I am in my 3rd position in 4 years. There are tons of opportunity to grow and develop

Minpunten

The pay is pretty well, they could improve benefits and vacation time. Very metrics driven, you can get lost in the number and the Tactics, abd lose focus on strategy or why we are doing something in the first place

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
