If you work for another account they give you a hard time trying to change accounts. Managers do not want you to move to another account, seem like they don't want to see u grow it's about them not you.

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
