Existing customers with needs within territory given to rep

Minpunten

Will ask you to pay for your work car which is framed as a benefit. You will not make a livable wage. You will have high deductibles on your insurance package. You will just be a number on a list. No job security. Favoritism and unequal distribution of accounts from management. Lack of increase in salary. They won’t pay you commission for a month or two throughout the year randomly. They will withhold bonuses achieved if not employed for 12 full months. They are constantly overcharging customers and increasing their annual costs. You’ll get paid the same amount of commission on a one year deal that you would having sold a 5 year deal…. You will be silenced by management if you speak up about something pertinent to your position if the management doesn’t like what you’re saying.. They have managers of managers of managers of managers and none of them do anything to help the heart of the organization- the sales teams. No onboarding package with any freebies, no Christmas party, no team outings.. no free lunches company provided. High turnover rate. Zero plan to keep good sales people due to lack of paying them. It’s not about training better it’s about actually paying your employees a livable wage. Cost of living is changing and increasing as I write this. Cost of work vehicle will increase reducing your income.. you will have to pay for your job, in fact. Old, antiquated systems which take forever to use and continually shipping positions out of the United States to reduce costs, causing problems for existing customers. How can a multi billion dollar company not have customer service who can actually service a customer. Why should customers be on the phone for an hour just trying to speak to someone. Managers are only concerned about target numbers but don’t put it actual work to help their reps. Seniority and favoritism is genuinely apparent on all levels of the company. Company is more concerned with their shareholder dividends opposed to their sales reps success. Told commission structure is lucrative but in reality you will spend hours pushing jobs which result in low commission… average commission is 5.9 percent, in addition to a low salary and a car payment. Yes they make you pay for your company vehicle almost $300 a month. Shocking. They won’t tell you until after 6-8 weeks of training. Constantly hiring new reps opposed to showing those which exist they are valued by actually giving them a livable wage. Executives at the company are so far removed from the day to day happenings / inter workings of the company. You won’t know where you are to perform because your quota will be given to you months after the new year starts according to JCI. Less than 55K base… with costs to you as a sales person to drive the company car. NOT TO MENTION the cost for mileage driven to come out at the end of the year off my taxes. Can’t take time off because you are still expected to hold the same strong KPIs and quota.

Minpunten

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
