to many chiefs and not enough Indians. Nobody seems to want to help you figure things out in the office I worked out of. Will not pay what employees should be making.

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
