Our Quality Control team and Strategic Oversight Committee work hard to provide appropriate guidance via templates and ongoing training to all of our people. In turn we believe this guidance and training enables our people to provide top-notch service to our clients. While marketing and business development can be challenging, especially during economic downturns, Johnson Lambert has a proven track record of growth. Johnson Lambert has been listed amongst the INSIDE Public Accounting’s (IPA) Top 200 largest accounting firms, moving up the ranks in 2015, to #124 (from #135 in 2014). Johnson Lambert is also the 6th largest provider of property and casualty insurance audits per A.M. Best’s Top Audit Firms. We have opened two new offices since 2008 and have added two new services lines. We have grown steadily and comfortably in nearly every year of our 30 year history. In 2015 we met our full year sales goal in September and total sales were 115% of our targeted number. In 2016, we anticipate double digit growth.
