Minpunten
New directors, VP and Managers were extremely toxic at the time. Pre-covid managers were actually super nice. They pretend they are supportive but they are not. They have almost no empathy. Politics involved. They like to blame others. They like to cuddle to management and leaders at the expense of putting their own team at burden. They want you to work on weekend (and even during urgent appointment) without over time pay. I was even told I should have anticipated my sick day (diarohea) once. They take all the credit for your work. They will keep handing you additional work, business units, process improvement deadlines without increass in pay. They will put you on conditional promotion of you ask you deserve more. Why? I was already top employee. Some BU leaders are extremely toxic. Having stay overnight to deal with their frustration. One of the BU leader had to take her dog on a walk everytime she scheduled meeting with me. Very disrespectful. She would then often come to the meeting high on caffeine and angry. New managers from outside don't help you out at all. They are more like project manager delegating every minute task and email (even the one they are responsible for). Overall what started as good turned into very toxic culture due to management change in my portfolio
