Zero trust culture — even basic things like leave requests are viewed with suspicion. Productivity measured by minutes, not actual work output. Extremely high turnover — entire teams come and go within months. Toxic environment where being a “snitch” is more valued than actual performance. Lack of basic respect for employees. Serious impact on mental health and overall well-being. Poor learning environment despite being positioned as a startup. Clearance/exit process takes unnecessarily long and is frustratingly inefficient.

no job security at all, they literally play with people's careers, they are extremely unprofessional. Very toxic environment and extremely poor management. Save yourself please
