The work is good. Technology used is good.

Minpunten

HR management sucks. The whole environment is bureaucratic and poisonous..too much politics. No growth as per career and financial aspect of an employee.

Over the last few months we have introduced a number initiatives to support our employees, including a new performance coaching process, annual salary reviews, a learning and development procedure, as well as several smaller perks such as individual and team recognition, and paid parental leave. We try our best to ensure our employees are happy - free breakfast and lunch every day certainly goes a long way - however we understand that career progression and competitive pay is as equally important as all the perks. We believe our newly implemented initiatives reinforce our commitment to providing opportunities for learning and growth and we're sorry you're not here to take advantage of them! Great people, a genuinely supportive culture, and a lot of trust and flexibility in how you work, very outcome focused. There’s a strong focus on wellbeing, work-life balance, and creating a positive employee experience, which makes Jumbo a rewarding place to work oh and the free lunches are great. The work is meaningful, teams are collaborative, and there’s a real sense that people care about doing things well and pushing each other to deliver.

As with any evolving business, priorities can change quickly and that can sometimes create ambiguity, but it also comes with opportunities to shape improvements.
