I paid $2,000 upfront for Botox training with the understanding that I would be paid $100 per client. When I requested a detailed earnings summary needed to accurately file my taxes, the company refused to provide it and later denied responsibility. The compensation structure, payment processing, and tax reporting were not clearly explained in advance. Anyone considering working here should request clear written documentation regarding how revenue is processed and reported before agreeing to anything.
