Ok where to start... There's no recognition for what you do. All they care is what's the SALE!!! Even if you perform they will never applaud you but just in case you don't, they will bring you into the limelight & managers will hurt your ego by bracketing you as a non-performer. KPI evaluation is not channelized & falls prey to micro management. Same old clients with no approach or proper strategy towards achieving something new or different. The company was doing quite well in the start due to its genuine nature but with time as it grew, it just bothers about selling & no focus on the improvisation of the customer services. The more money you loot from the customer, the better..!!! Except for a few higher-ups, there are no commendable managers to look up to.. Most of them are limited to only Justdial's product knowledge. Doesn't value an employee's personal life and literally you have to beg for leaves every time you want to take an off or go on a holiday. Poor HR standards as no protocols have been set across for annual salary increment for employees. You literally become a scape goat in front of your manager every time you ask for an increment. Stingy when it comes to giving benefits & add-ons to employees.
