They continue to grow and expand

They don't seem to want to reward current employees for hard work and tenure but they continue to push and offer great things for new employees. People have left and positions have not been backfilled putting more work on others and they don't get anything additional in return but more work.

Honestly I have never been in a company with such a high turnover. My predecessor lasted a few months and I lasted a year. The CEO is extremely rude and micromanages everyone. I found myself doing things that were not in my job description and that I really don’t like doing. I always thought of myself as a good employee and always got praised on previous jobs, but at this company I constantly feel like I am way below average. It’s just not an uplifting environment. There are some great people, but the culture is broken for sure and morale is super, super low. Is chocking really.
