Great people, they are generally very open with who they hire and will make an effort to build teamwork. They try to have an accommodating workspace. Most teams are well connected so in your first month you get to know everyone pretty well

Minpunten

The effort they make for team building almost never works. There’s a ton of gossiping and shady recruitment tactics. Management is not only bad, but completely unrealistic and out of touch. It’s just a bunch of hotshots with walmart manager mentality. The mexico office has no idea how to handle hybrid work, there are tons of unnecessary meetings almost every day, often during the most busy hours. Budgeting was just crazy and management would often inflate their numbers just to look good with others The benefits were almost nonexistent. Training was a matter of chance, if you got it it’s probably because someone liked you, rather than actual planning and development tactics.

You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.

Minpunten

Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers. Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
