Pluspunten
The past few year have brought some good changes. Business casual dress code and a hybrid work schedule to create better work life balance for employees. Upper Management is starting to focus on DEI and listening to the needs of the employees. There is also long overdue development training for new and existing management.
Minpunten
Pay is still on the lower end for the industry and hopefully they can continue to correct. Positive culture and work/life balance is not consistent across the departments.
