Good learning curve - You will learn lot with this company , no doubt about this. Timely increment - Healthy increment and sales incentives were given even during the lock down time. Company has recently invested lots of money in better infrastructure. Good attention given by senior employees.

Many companies provides evening snack which is not being given.
