- "Lower" level operational team members are so supportive & having great teammates is many employees only reason for staying on this sinking ship - Flexible PTO is a plus - however company claims it to be unlimited and that is not the case, definitely depends on your manager and also size of your team, especially since they have significantly reduced the size of their workforce over the course of the year, leading to overworked employees

- No opportunities for growth: On the surface, company claims to invest in employees growth, but in reality they've had not 1, not 2, but 3 LARGE rounds of layoffs in the past 5 months. Prior to the first round of layoffs, they had hired on 20 people and then axed half within a month of hiring. Leadership also attempts to keep these layoffs under-wraps but with a company as small as this one (went from approx 120 employed to around 80 or less in just a few months) the attempts are laughable. It's pretty obvious to know what's up when multiple people have their slack accounts deactivated out of thin air. Company seems to barely be staying afloat.. personally I'd be surprised if they don't go under within the next year or so, but somehow budget is always available for upper-level bonuses.... shocker! - Used to have work-life balance, but due to the aforementioned multiple rounds of poorly planned-out layoffs, remaining team members are forced to double or triple their workloads with minuscule pay increase and no title changes. Expect high turnover. - EXTREMELY inefficient leadership: Cannot stress this enough. Management and HR silo themselves away from the rest of the company, and are actually awful at communicating or being transparent in the slightest. Their claims to foster an inclusive culture and values don't hold up, as it's evident by the way they treat employees (horribly) that they do not adhere to these core values themselves. -Company makes claims that many aspects of the business are automated by AI, however they actually are quite behind industry standards in that area, creating issues with accurately delivering campaign metrics to clients. The platform creatives are built on is slow and has a clunky interface, creating problems across all teams. Management has positioned itself to where nothing can be done without running pretty much anything up the ladder first for approval, creating large delays in follow-ups to clients and frustration all around due to being an extremely inefficient and time-consuming process. - Performance reviews were introduced last year, which one would think should be a good thing... however positive or negative reviews are not taken into consideration at all when it comes to who is rewarded, laid off, etc.. HR & leadership make these decisions based on subjective whim of who can kiss their you-know-where the best, and the review process is just a blatant facade to placate employees. - Shady, shady, shady business practices: Want to work for a place that is consistently receiving threats of lawsuits due to poor management (which by the way are publicly available to look up)? Well then this is the place for you!
