Lots of international exposure – you get to work on a number of international projects and interact with foreign clients. Open door policy – you can meet the CEO at any time. It is very easy to meet and chat with the Senior management at any time without any problems. Casual and modern outlook – the management is very young so there is so much freedom of speech and freedom to voice opinions. No politics or bickering among senior members. They take care of their people very well. Best place to learn and grow – sky is the limit if you want to learn things. If you are interested in some projects, all you have to do is request the management and you will be made a part of that team – if you have the qualification. Fun filled work environment – lots of youngsters, challenging and competitive environment. Lots of ideas and constant discussions. Best place to be in!

Key Difference takes care of its employees. Most of the peers are friendly and talented, so are the managers. So, I assume its a best place for me to work, same applies for you too I presume and also most of their HR policies are employee friendly. It's easy to take a day off and no one stop's you and ask questions about it.

Apart from the training programs lessening in the last few days, everything else is just perfect.
