No strict rules and everyone is very polite and professional. Open door policy maintained by the management. Overall work environment is very professional.

Minpunten

Salary is in line with other companies, training could be more intensive. You are expected to learn most of the things by yourself with only guidance given by Seniors.

Key Difference takes care of its employees. Most of the peers are friendly and talented, so are the managers. So, I assume its a best place for me to work, same applies for you too I presume and also most of their HR policies are employee friendly. It's easy to take a day off and no one stop's you and ask questions about it.

Apart from the training programs lessening in the last few days, everything else is just perfect.
