Minpunten
The interview process was a jumbled mess. Got emails from a different recruiter every time. The wait between interviews was weeks long. I never got updates even though I emailed the recruiter asking for an update or when I could expect to hear back. After several rounds of interviews, I had not heard back for a few weeks and finally after many attempts to contact the recruiter they finally let me know I didn't get the role. It's frustrating that I spent so much of my time going through several rounds of interviews and the internal HR reps couldn't even spare 2 minutes to let me know via email that I had not gotten the role. Very unprofessional experience overall. Never had this kind of experience with a company after making it through second round of interviews. It felt very messy and uncoordinated. For reference, this was for the site in NL.
