New field staff hires barely get any on job training and will be left clueless on their own. Overseas travel will be incurred under field staff own personal expenses and be paid the next following calendar month. Despite several years , there is no increase of transport allowances which not commensurate with current inflation despite company securing substantial projects . Increment is strictly based on the manager that you have and that by itself is a bias on it's own. New hires from different industries coming around and securing management positions with " innovative " ideas that is out of touch and do not correlate with industry .
