Room for personal development, part of international team, professional company, solid business model, financial solid, part of collective agreement in my country for labor rights, good pay.

Minpunten

Changing procedures or mindset in a large complex company can be a challenge! But not impossible nonetheless. Company is result based so can be stressful at times.

Pluspunten

The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

Minpunten

There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
