Office locations, co-workers, company image that you can be proud of

Minpunten

Working ways and basic induction is left to co-workers to do. Managers dont take much interest in their employees. It seems that the higher you are in the food-chain, the less tasks you have.

The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

Minpunten

There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
