In fact, as a result of these analyses we made heavy investment in Our People and aligned our IT-focused pay structures to the 75th - 90th percentile of the market for each of the unique positions within our IT functions, impacting over 60% of our workforce. Our efforts were most recently recognized when we were honored with the Comparably Award for Best Compensation in 2022.
