Poor management. High turnover. No clear expectations. Expectations change constantly. Excessive hours. No boundaries between work and personal life with management. Unprofessional managers that make inappropriate and offensive comments about fellow employees behind their backs but in front of their coworkers. Poor organization. Poor practices.
