- It appears the company wants to pay as little as possible to an employee, just an "average" compensation & benefits "industry average" instead of an impressive payment and benefits package (based on estimated global Kal Tire revenue, they should be able to provide higher then "average" easily) - Sometimes feel like an opinion is not heard or cared about. - Divorce rate among managers is high, can't seem to balance the demand to run a store/company with the dedication need to nurture a family.
