Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and dedicated co-workers who were a delight to work with. Always had plenty of work to do (never bored), and opportunities to develop my own skills and knowledge by introducing new services.
Minpunten
Rampant nepotism ,bullying and age discrimination. Totally useless HR people, who are clueless about the Fair Work Act and who flagrantly breach unfair dismissal laws. Very demoralising for staff who witnessed co-workers treated in a shoddy manner. Constant restructuring which created an atmosphere of instability and fear, squashing innovation and creativity. High turnover of staff. Driven by sales, with little focus on quality education. Total lack of ethics. Very little professional development unless you are willing to pay for your own. In short a very unpleasant corporate culture.
