One of the biggest problem is no Salary on time. They don’t treat all employees equal. Where US team gets bonus, they are salary delay or I should say over delay in India. People got their Nov month salary on 25th Dec. It’s not for one of the month but from past six months there are delays, people are getting there salary after 15th. Don’t go on their website as it only represents US team picture. They got great place to work certification after doing survey just for US team, if they would have done in India they would have got worst place to work. Moreover CEO Mr. Rahul Shah as audacity to tell employees it’s going to be like this only. Which clearly showcases how they value their employees. For them it’s ok not to pay employees on time. They forcefully took resignation from some employees promising them to pay two months salary and just the next day, these employees received email from company that as you have resigned we won’t pay. Don’t go in their website and LinkedIn posts as they don’t reflect true picture.
