Vendors had the company on holds delaying the processing of PO due to the fact they either were not paying the bills or the system to get the bills paid was not efficient. No ownership on why ship dates couldn't be met for customers who had been waiting in excess of 10 months for product. I left with my customers well taken care of, fought for a production plan, delivered it with updated pricing and a customer service agent to help them and they STILL didn't pay my PTO I was owed and cancelled my insurance before 30 days after my resignation. I could go on and on about the culture or lack of but I will stop here.
