      Managers are flexible when it comes to availabilities and work schedules.

      Minpunten

      Company systems are outdated and inefficient. Administration and order entry are time-consuming tasks, yet you will be blamed if these take too long. If you are a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for Shipping, Invoicing, and other tasks which take away from your main functional role. Recommend trying to get as much $ (salary) as you can upfront; otherwise, look elsewhere. Also, vacation is accrued; you don't get x weeks of vacation once you join company, very outdated.

      Pluspunten

      They work with legacy and new systems, good if you want to get into aerospace. They do multiple projects for interns and you can pick and choose which interest you and what do you want to do. You can even go out of your ur way and do other stuff outside of the official projects if you want more exposure to something specific or if you want more experience in your resume.

      Minpunten

      Right now they really want to focus on AI and Physics. So more opportunities for those majors, maybe even EE, not so much for ME nowadays.
