Being a part of this team helped me set up proper targets for my personal and professional goals and showed me a suitable way to achieve them. Good collaboration inside and outside teams was a great way to ensure and initiate debates and successfully complete projects and daily tasks. Life at KeepCalling becomes a part of yourself through lots of entertainment events and charitable activities. KeepCalling let's you explore high perspectives of how a person should develop and what are the best choices you can make.

      KeepCalling was a great experience for me and even though I left I still believe it is one of the best companies to work for in Sibiu. The management struggles to offer great working conditions and give back not only to employees but also to the community. It has a strongly defined and healthy company culture, which I appreciated. Lots of events and get-togethers and fun stuff. A lot of young people, friendly and positive, I really felt like part of a community from day one to the day I left, and I made many friends. I feel it was an experience that helped me grow professionally and opened my perspective on what it means to work in an international environment, even from a small town like Sibiu.

      Due to it growing in size it started to feel a bit too corporate.
