Pluspunten
My interviewing process here included a test drive. That meant that I worked two weeks here as a contractor while I was actively considered for the full time role. I think that this worked well for me as I was able to develop a sense for the types of projects I'd be working on as well as the culture of the team.
My team members are smart and thoughtful. Feedback is balanced and on point. There is a collaborative atmosphere. Everyone is also wearing a product hat to some extent.
Challenges have evolved naturally as part of the work progress on each project. Creativity, research and validation are all encouraged and pushed as continuing themes.
People here are direct, caring and responsible. There is a good balance between between being heads down and collaborative.
