*Recruiters held to unrealistic metrics while the sales teams meet theirs by bringing in impossible to fill roles. (pay rates below market rate/clients with horrible reputations)
*Commission percentages were greatly decreased for 2026. I'm already down $15k in direct hire fees in Q1 as compared to what I would have earned in 2025 for the same fills. If I have the same GP numbers this year as last, I'm looking at a $60k loss.
*Previously had incredible Top Earners/President's Club trips but that was taken away for 2025 Fiscal Year. They even made it impossible to obtain President's Club status by changing it from top earners in each category to having to hit an unrealistic amount of GP in this down market.
*Process changes are often initiated before the details have been determined, leaving employees to scramble and waste time (time is money when working commission) trying to resolve issues.
