      Pluspunten

      This is a great place to work if you are not planning on advancing in your career. Most of the employees are working towards retirement so it is a great place to work if you are older. The salary can be earned with long hours and a lot back-breaking work.

      Minpunten

      Again, there is no room for advancement even if you have earned an advanced degree. The Management tends to show favoritism towards employees who dress trendy instead those dressed in a professional manner. There is a ton of office politics that is often started by middle management. If you are a young, professional looking to advance in your career this may not be the best place for you.

      Pluspunten

      The processes are some of the best and well aligned that I have ever seen in any other company that I've been at. The business is straight forward, uncomplicated and easy to understand how it works. Even when issues arise, they are relatively easy to solve. SAP is a big part of what makes the processes here so straightforward.

      Minpunten

      The managers (specifically in supply chain) absolutely ruin the experience of working here. I'm not sure that real leaders (directors, VPs, etc) know how their smaller managers act towards everyone else. It's hard to believe the people in these manager roles were actually hand selected to manage other people when they probably can't even manage their own households. They only thing they're really good at doing is intimidating their subordinates, taking behind their back, and making them feel alienated.
