Pluspunten
I started at Kemp before it was a big company. I came in at the bottom as an intern over 10 years ago, since then I have been able to take on new roles quite frequently. Kemp loves to promote within and grow existing talent. Management training is done multiple times a year since we normally have new managers that have risen within.
The company as a whole is pretty laid back. We get free snacks and food/drinks. We have a lounge where employees play video games during lunch which is quite popular. We also have regular outings a year where we come together to celebrate the year and have fun.
The work life balance is why I have stayed here at Kemp. I enjoy mostly everyday at work. You need to love what you do you if you dedicate 40+ hours a week of your life. Managers focus on team dynamics to ensure members work well together. The teams I have been involved in, or have managed all work well together. Work should be fun and having things in common helps that.
Minpunten
Issues at Kemp are brought to light each year in our employee surveys. The company takes these very seriously and wants to address each concern. All of this is made public to understand where the company is looking to improve.
Salary can vary depending on role and experience. In general Kemp is on par or slightly below the market. I feel this has improved over the past few years thou.
