After 4 years of them trying to replace me they cut the countract vs FTE which was dangled like a carrot with no PTO for 4 years.
Strong personalities that will argue with anyone in front of them, even though they ar wrong and are not dialed in. Had someone thats a VP or C level hop in a meeting LATE and go "Why are we not using JIRA" and I responded "we covered it before you made it but can bring it up and go back through it." they decline then went to c level eadership complaining we were not using JIRA. Extremely disconnect C, D, executive, directo, AVP, VP leadership. New interim CEO doesnt even go to meetings or know whats going on.
