When I first started to work for Kent, I heard many positive feedbacks from the people that work in the company and from customers saying that: "Kent know how to treat their people!" I was septic on the beginning but in a couple weeks I could understand what everyone is talking about. It's a great company to work for, it has a great corporate culture from the beginning when you are introduced to your coworkers. They put me on a mentorship program and I had the chance to see how other people were working and gradually step up to the level to perform the work.
