Stark has a very uptight way of delivering criticism and little chance to work on area of improvement. Once a problem has been identified there is nothing you can do to turn it around, because of no support and then just termed out. They are over budget, cutting jobs and leaving remaining employees to take on more work with no additional support.

The job was really insightful and opened you up to first-hand IT experience. There's not a lot of pressure as a student employee, and it opens you to diff opportunity across campus. My bosses were really helpful and assisted with balancing scool work and the Job

Minpunten

The pay wasn't the best as compared to some other roles on campus, but as you get promoted in the role few dollars get added. I think it's just a university-wide issue
